Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must arrive in new, unused condition.

Upon receiving your return, Brigg retains the sole right to assess the condition of the item and approve or deny the refund.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured service, as Brigg is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Sample Sale and Final Sale items are non-refundable..
